A copy of the translation of birth certificate endorsed by Minsitry of Foreign Affairs, Malaysia and Saudi Embassy. (TRANSLATE TO ARABIC)

A copy of the translation of the Secondary School Certificate endorsed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Malaysia and the Embassy. Any Certificate issued outside of Malaysia must be endorsed by the issuing country's embassy in Malaysia, The Minsitry of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia and the Embassy.

A no objection letter or support letter from the Ministry of Higher Education, Malaysia for thr applicant to study at the mentioned, Malaysia for the applicant to study at the mentioned univeristy in Saudi Arabia.

Police clearance(THE GOOD OF CONDUCT) from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Malaysia. (www.kln.gov.my).

 Medical Report Form (ORIGINAL & PHOTOCOPY) obtained from any hospital listed with the Embassy for on-line medical report. The medical report must have a photograph of the applicant signer and stamped above the photograph by the doctor or hospital. (FORM CAN BE OBTAINED AT THE EMBASSY)
